What is Project Glow?
Project Glow is a six week journey of rediscovery, arming you with the tools and techniques needed to feel empowered to challenge your core beliefs, make positive changes and rebuild your foundations so that you live a life where you thrive.
How does it work?
You will be taken through three phases, broken up into 2 weeks each. During each phase you will be supported with tools, techniques and masterclasses by numerous practitioners who have been chosen for their wisdom, compassion and care, and be walking alongside Sarah. A designated community group will help you feel further connected.

Who is Project Glow for?
Project Glow was created for the woman who feels like she has lost her glow. The woman who has, perhaps, spent years in the thick of parenting little people to one day looking in the mirror and not recognising herself. The woman who knows her yo-yo dieting and punishing exercise routines are not making her happy. The woman who wants to find body acceptance and nourish her body and mind instead of willing it to change through shame and hate. This was created for the woman who wants to find her glow through love.
Life is so busy! Can I commit to this too?
This is not your standard intense, all or nothing program. This program was built with the busy woman in mind full of achievable goals and tricks to help you glow, inside and out. We encourage you to prioritise yourself and see how when you feel well, life becomes so much more manageable. This isn’t a “do it once and forget” challenge – it’s the start of a lifelong journey of self-care and personal growth.
I'm scared! I can't stick to things easily.
You won't be alone. Sarah and her community will be walking alongside with you. The program has been structured so that you feel a sense of "I can do that!" when we start, and a resounding "I actually did it!!" when we finish. Life is chaotic, this program was not made to deprive or punish you for six weeks. This program was made to help you reconnect with your mind, your body and your sense of self and give you tools to thrive.
